If you consider yourself a mixologist, flavor connoisseur, or a creative person with the ability to perform well under pressure, this may be a perfect fit for you. We also accept applicants that do not have a TIPS/ServSafe certification but are willing to get certified. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment. Engage with customers to provide excellent service, take drink orders, and offer recommendations. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal guidelines regarding alcohol service. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and other supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure seamless service. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash drawers at the end of shifts. Taking orders and serving food. Skills Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
