The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of beverage preparation. As a Bartender, you will create memorable experiences for our guests by crafting delicious drinks, maintaining a clean bar environment, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required. Skills Strong background in food service with an emphasis on customer interaction. Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods. Proficient in cash handling and retail math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Understanding of food safety practices to maintain a hygienic work environment. Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not mandatory.
