The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of beverage preparation, customer service, and food safety standards. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests while efficiently managing the bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety practices. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support catering events and special functions as required. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service without compromising quality. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or fine dining setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of drink recipes, mixing techniques, and beverage presentation. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Aloha POS experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
