TITLE Bell Person
DESCRIPTION
The Bell Person is responsible for providing exemplary guest service to our hotel guests . The Bell Person is a professional and knowledgeable representative of the Hotel to all internal and external guests; ensuring the highest customer service standards are upheld at all times. The Bell Person is responsible for greeting guests and handling luggage for guests upon arrival or departure, transporting luggage between lobby and guest rooms. •
