The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Busser, you will assist in the smooth operation of our dining area, ensuring that tables are promptly cleared and set for new guests while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Clear and clean tables after guests have finished their meals, ensuring a tidy dining area. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, including floors, windows, and other surfaces. Replenish supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments as required. Support kitchen staff by helping with food handling and preparation tasks when necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction. Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and cleanliness. Qualifications Previous experience in a hotel or catering environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with bussing techniques and practices within the food industry is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
