Roles and Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee and food in a retail location. POS operation and cash handling. Work collaboratively to provide exceptional food and service to all patients, visitors, guests and employees, while meeting all regulatory requirements put forth by local, state and federal agencies. Effectively provides Person Centered care and services Prepare and serve all beverages and foods according to recipe and portion control standards Interact with all guests, visitors and employees in a professional manner Operate POS system with accurate cash handling Maintain a clean facility throughout service Work with vendors and Materials Handler to maintain appropriate stock levels, introduce new products and phase out lower volume items. Maintain departmental policies and procedures of clinical care in accordance with regulatory agencies Effective Communication and demonstration of team-based management. Is flexible in assuming other appropriate responsibilities, not noted above.

Required Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED 1 year of food service or nutrition experience, preferably in a healthcare facility

Preferred Skills and Experience:

2-year Nutrition or healthcare related degree preferred

Physical Requirements:

The responsibilities of this position involve significant physical activities including standing, lifting (up to 60 pounds unassisted), bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and twisting.

Pay Range Disclosure:
