The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during the breakfast hours 5am to Noon. Ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment. This role requires a passion for food service and guest relations, along with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Duties Prepare and set up the breakfast area, including food stations and beverage dispensers. Ensure all food items are fresh, properly stored, and presented attractively. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety standards. Assist guests with their breakfast selections, providing excellent customer service and addressing any dietary needs. Handle food items with care, including meat cutting and other culinary tasks as needed. Monitor inventory levels of breakfast supplies and report any shortages to management. Maintain proper phone etiquette when taking guest inquiries or reservations related to breakfast services. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or as a dietary aide is preferred but not required. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently in a kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Knowledge of basic culinary techniques, including knife skills and meat cutting is a plus. Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette. Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings on weekdays and weekends.
