The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests during breakfast hours, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. This role requires a strong focus on food safety, customer service, and attention to detail in food preparation. Duties Prepare and set up breakfast items, ensuring all food is displayed attractively and in compliance with food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, utensils, and serving equipment. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their breakfast selections. Monitor food inventory levels and restock items as needed throughout the breakfast service. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or similar systems. Assist with catering events as required, ensuring all food is prepared and presented according to specifications. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Requirements Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Basic culinary skills, including food preparation techniques such as meat cutting, are advantageous. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards. Flexibility to work early morning shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
