THE JOB:

It is the responsibility of the on-call Table Games Dealer to perform the act of dealing table games while providing excellent guest service. You will also play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE PAY RATE

$5.55 an hour plus tips

THE SCHEDULE

On Call | Day Shift 12:00pm – 8:00pm

DAY TO DAY

Deal three or more Game Types proficiently; including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations Verbalize player instructions, card totals, results or any other information as required in the procedures of each game Maintain a helpful and courteous atmosphere on the game Promote and maintain the highest level of service to all guests while staying alert to their needs and respond effectively to guest inquiries; resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer the matter to management Notify the supervisor and/or Security of all unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Commits to working selected on call shift/days on an as-needed basis Brings 6+ months of experience dealing multiple table games in a similar setting Demonstrates flexibility to work weekends and holidays based on the business needs Obtains a Mississippi Gaming Permit as required Demonstrates knowledge in three or more game types: including Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, and variations Looks forward to working with a team to provide positive experiences
