Ste. Genevieve, MO, 63670 We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our restaurant in Ste. Genevieve, MO. Part-time or full-time opportunity available. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a creative flair, as well as a proven track record of managing a kitchen and leading a team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and create new menu items that are innovative and appealing to customers Manage and oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest quality standards and that all health and safety regulations are adhered to Train and mentor kitchen staff, ensuring that they are knowledgeable about menu items and cooking techniques Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies Collaborate with restaurant management to develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new cooking techniques

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role Excellent leadership and management skills Strong knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques Ability to create innovative and appealing menu items Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Culinary degree or equivalent experience
