As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu development, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities Lead and manage the kitchen staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Develop and design innovative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends. Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure consistency and quality. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to ensure cost-effective operations. Supervise banquet events and special functions, coordinating with front-of-house staff for seamless service. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and operational procedures. Monitor kitchen performance metrics to enhance efficiency and productivity.
