Pastry Chef/Bakery Manager Good Girls Bakery 565 Wellington Sq, Exton, PA 19341 We are seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Chef/Bakery Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and managing a team. Must be able to work the line in our cafe and manage dough production. Must maintain a positive attitude and lead the team. Responsibilities Manage the bakery team(prep lists, training, accountability) Fulfill orders coming through the kitchen printer as needed Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards. Assist in the production of catering and wholesale orders. Maintain an organized work area by cleaning equipment, utensils, and surfaces regularly. Oversee front counter and assist during high volume times Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering. Qualifications Experience in food preparation, baking, and BOH restaurant. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Be able to work 8-10hr shifts Proficient in using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment. Experience managing a team Experience in lamination and bread Must be available to work on Saturday and Sundays.
