Summary We are seeking a talented Sushi Chef to join our culinary team at Trackside Station Grill & Bar. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality sushi dishes that delight our guests and enhance their dining experience. Your creativity and expertise will play a vital role in our commitment to exceptional food. Responsibilities Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes according to the restaurant’s standards. Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed during food preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative sushi menu items. Maintain inventory of sushi ingredients and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Train kitchen staff on sushi preparation techniques and food handling best practices. Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence. Requirements Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant environment. Strong knowledge of sushi preparation techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Excellent knife skills and attention to detail in food presentation. Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items.
