Assisted Living Concierge MeSun Senior Living 3175 Mcginnis Ferry Road, Suwanee, GA 30024 Job Summary This is a full-time on-site role for an Assisted Living Concierge at the Senior Living Campus in Suwanee, GA The Assisted Living Concierge serves as the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. This role ensures smooth daily operations by coordinating services, assisting residents with non-medical needs, and supporting staff with administrative duties. Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
• Answer and direct phone calls and in-person inquiries
• Assist residents with scheduling appointments, transportation, and community activities
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining staff to fulfill resident requests
• Manage front desk operations including mail delivery, package handling, and visitor check-in
• Maintain updated resident directories and activity calendars
• Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and scheduling
• Report any concerns about resident well-being to appropriate staff
• Support emergency procedures and safety protocols when needed
• Uphold confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations Qualifications
• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude when working with seniors
• Bilingual- preferred
