Our iSOC agents use state-of-the-art technology to monitor and keep our clients’ facilities safe.

Pay Rate:

$18 per hour -Bilingual (Spanish)

Schedule:

2 nd Shift (Wednesday-Sunday, 1:30pm-10:00pm)

Responsibilities:

At Prosegur’s iSOC, every agent is responsible for the following: Monitoring our surveillance cameras with intense diligence Providing top-notch customer service to all end-user clients Following client-provided instructions Answering incoming calls and dispatching emergency calls as necessary Respond to inbound alarm signals

Qualifications:

Must be reliable, have a positive attitude with a professional demeanor High school diploma 18 years old or older Strong customer service skills Ability to type 25 words per minute Ability to multi-task Must be able to work nights and weekends Must be able to work at our Lowell, MA facility Must Speak Spanish This is not a telecommuting (remote) position Ability to pass pre-employment checks as needed
