Job Description The Engagement Specialist plays a key role in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for both clients and the internal team. This position involves supporting phone and help desk communications, coordinating schedules, sending timely client communications, and assisting with marketing and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional client service while contributing to daily operations and team collaboration. The Engagement Specialist will provide the following services: Answer and direct incoming phone calls with warmth and professionalism in a timely manner Monitor and provide timely support for incoming Help Desk requests Send out consult reminders, welcome emails, and introductory materials to new clients or resources Assist with daily schedule oversight, updates, and coordination Assemble marketing packets and deliver materials to partners or events as needed Pick up physical contracts, documents, or deposits when required Serve as a backup for scheduling support during peak times or team absences Provide highest level of client service Complete online, in-office, and on-site trainings Participate in Team Meetings Read and respond as needed to Team Updates and emails Qualifications Professional and friendly phone presence with excellent interpersonal skills Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and organized, with strong time management abilities Able to efficiently navigate CRM systems, email platforms, and scheduling tools, with a focus on clear communication and team support. Able to multitask effectively and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient, with a genuine interest in supporting older adults and individuals in transition Strong verbal and written communication skills Flexible, critical thinker who can navigate challenges with calm and confidence Team-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding client service Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude Eager to learn, adaptable to different personalities, and comfortable working with a range of technologies Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, presales, or front desk roles preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for occasional off-site tasks This candidate must be available for 16-20 hrs./week; 4-5 days including Mondays and Fridays.
