Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and welcome residents and guests, fostering a sense of belonging. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist residents with requests, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience (deliveries, transportation, maintenance, etc.). Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk area for a positive first impression. Provide residents and guests with information about the community and surrounding area. Collaborate effectively with other departments to guarantee seamless resident care.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and connect with residents. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations and resolving issues. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software for efficient task completion. Ability to remain calm, professional, and helpful under pressure. Previous customer service experience a plus, but we’re eager to train passionate individuals!
