Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared with attention to detail and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure quality and hygiene. Assist in inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives and cooking appliances. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures. Qualifications Proven experience as a cook in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or fine dining setting. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling safety standards.
