Nestled in the heart of Wolfeboro, America’s Oldest Summer Resort, The Wicked Loon is a year-round upscale seafood restaurant located in a fully renovated building adjacent to the town docks on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. The restaurant features a brand-new kitchen, gorgeous views of the lake, and an incredible bar space. Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of recent Line Cook experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant Formal culinary training preferred Ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room employees, and guests Experience in inventory control and cost management preferred
