Line/Prep Cooks (Full or Part Time) Mountainside Culinary Group at RiverWalk Resort 22 S Mountain Rd, Lincoln, NH 03251 Job Summary We are growing our Rhythm Tap & Grille team at RiverWalk Resort at Loon Mountain and are looking for Line/Prep Cooks. Come join our culinary team and enjoy working in a new fully equipped commercial kitchen. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food and hospitality, with the ability to create delicious and visually appealing dishes. These roles involve assisting with menu planning, food preparation, and maintaining high kitchen operation standards. You will work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure all meals are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality expectations. Duties Prepare and cook menu items and daily specials according to established recipes. Cook meals to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences as needed. Assist with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Ensure proper food handling techniques are followed at all times. Work with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time. Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts. Experience Line and or prep cook experience is preferred. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Good communication skills and a teamwork mentality are required. Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques and menu planning is helpful. Familiarity with catering or banquet services is a plus!
