REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma/GED Food Handler’s License Criminal Check Approval (NYS & FBI) Be able to work Saturday and Sunday 6:30am – 6:30pm

PRIMARY TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, cook, serve meals to clients.
• Develop menus which include foods for diabetics, obese, allergic clients
• Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc).
• Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages
• Participant in annual anti-sexual harassment training The above tasks and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people in this job category.
