The hourly wage range for this position is $14.20 – $22.00 /hour, based on applicable experience. JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for the quality, quantity, and timeliness of that day’smeal production. He or she prepares the food in accordance withParkhurst recipes, standards, and procedures under strict sanitaryconditions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Prepare food according toParkhurst recipes and also enforce the “batch” cooking method.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the qualityand quantity of food throughout the service period, utilizingproduction sheets.
• Ensure proper line presentation: proper pansare used, pans are garnished, proper utensils
• are used accordingto recipe specifications, and food products are maintained at theproper
• serving temperatures as specified by recipes ormanagement.
• Maintain open lines of communication with otherassociates, e.g., line servers, concerning specific informationabout food items on a daily basis.
• Complete daily productionsheets.
• Make sure all food items are properly stored and dated.
• Follow all HACCP guidelines in utilizing leftovers.
• Followcleaning schedule as provided by management, using “clean as yougo” techniques.
• Maintain an open line of communication withmanagement, informing them of products and supplies needed.
• Follow the uniform dress code and maintain proper personal hygiene.
• Follow all Parkhurst Gold Standards. Uses Smile Plus hospitalityimperatives.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
