The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong understanding of culinary techniques, particularly in pizza preparation. You will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas while maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food handling procedures are followed to maintain safety and quality standards. Operate kitchen equipment, including ovens, mixers, and slicers, with care. Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours. Provide excellent customer service by addressing any special requests or concerns. Assist in training new kitchen staff on pizza preparation techniques and kitchen operations. Requirements Proven experience in food preparation or culinary roles, preferably in a pizza or restaurant setting. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patrons and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
