This role involves meticulously cleaning and restoring boats to ensure they look their best for our valued customers. As a Boat Detailer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetics and functionality of various watercraft, providing exceptional service while working in a dynamic environment. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of boats, including washing, waxing, and buffing surfaces to achieve a high-gloss finish. Detail both the interior and exterior of boats, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained. Apply protective coatings and treatments to enhance the longevity of boat surfaces. Conduct inspections to identify any damage or areas needing repair, reporting findings to management. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their detailing needs and preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and detailing supplies. Drive boats to and from the detailing area as needed, ensuring safe handling at all times. Skills Strong attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and aesthetics. Previous experience in car washing or detailing is preferred but not required. Knowledge of buffing techniques and equipment is advantageous. Customer service skills to interact positively with clients and address their needs effectively. Ability to perform custodial tasks related to boat maintenance. Experience with window tinting is a plus but not mandatory.
