• Clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment using the dishwasher or by hand
• Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored in designated areas
• Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
• Help with bussing tables and removing trash
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures “`Requirements“`
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Knowledge of culinary techniques and basic food preparation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a restaurant or hotel kitchen setting
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
