Dishwasher SOCO Tavern 136 Huttleston Avenue, Fairhaven, MA 02719 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team at our fast-paced restaurant Soco Tavern . As a Full-Time, days 8am – 4pm Dishwasher , you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential to the smooth operation of our culinary team, supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house staff. Duties Work days from 8am – 4pm. Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, boards, pots, and pans by hand and by using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas by regularly cleaning floors, countertops, and food preparation surfaces. Support cooks and culinary staff by helping with food prep as needed during busy service periods. Follow all safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in deep cleaning tasks during off-peak hours or as directed by management. Qualifications Previous experience in a fast paced restaurant or food service environment is required. Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when necessary. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed i.
