Food Preparation/Dishwasher Storm King Cafe New Windsor, NY 12553 Overview We are seeking a team player to provide Dishwasher and Prep support to join our team. The ideal candidate will follow directions well, can read and follow recipes and wants to be a team player in a fast moving, growing business. This position requires reliable transportation, walking and standing on your feet for long periods at a time. This is a good role for for individuals who are passionate about food and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are serious about finding a good place to work and grow. Duties Assist in the preparation of recipes according to established procedures and menu plans. Perform food preparation tasks as requested, in a timely manner, using appropriate knife techniques and available kitchen tools. Manage Dishwashing station, ensure dishes are cleaned and santized properly. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety standards. Experience Previous experience in food preparation is ideal but not reauired. We are willing to train the right person. Someone who shows interest in joining a good team and looking to grow. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration in a busy kitchen environment.

$18.83 – $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
