Responsibilities Efficiently wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils using commercial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed. Assist with food preparation tasks as required, such as bussing tables or helping during catering events. Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and organized for easy access by the culinary team. Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain health and safety standards. Collaborate with cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure a smooth workflow during busy service periods. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards helping others in the kitchen.
