Dishwasher Alloy Kitchen at Titan Hollow 2042 Axemann Road, Bellefonte, PA 16823 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized. This position is essential for supporting our culinary team and providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Wash, rinse, and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment. Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure that all kitchen surfaces are kept tidy. Assist in the organization of kitchen supplies and ensure that clean dishes are readily available for use. Dispose of waste properly and assist with recycling efforts as needed. Support the culinary team by assisting with food prep tasks when necessary. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food handling and sanitation. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak service times. Experience Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling practices is a plus. Strong work ethic with the ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented atmosphere. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. A passion for hospitality and providing excellent service to guests is essential.
