Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Retail Recreation Attendant to join our team at The Riverfront Cocoa Beach. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and be committed to maintaining a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all visitors. This role involves engaging with guests, assisting with recreational activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly, assist with check in, and provide information about recreational activities, amenities, day passes and memberships. Assist guests in scheduling activities, and purchasing retail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of recreational areas, including pool, boathouse, beach and boat launch areas, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Assists guests in launching paddle craft, such as kayaks and paddleboards, providing proper equipment and safety instructions. Monitor guest safety during activities and enforce facility rules to ensure a safe environment. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally. Assists in consistent cleaning and maintenance of the facility, including but not limited to, sweeping, mopping, wiping, hosing surfaces, dusting, raking, and light lawn maintenance. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in recreation or hospitality settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
