Waterstone Way, Homestead, FL 33033 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Pool/Clubhouse Attendant to join our team at the Waterstone Bay Clubhouse. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and customer service, ensuring that all guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at the pool area. This role requires a proactive approach to guest engagement, safety management, and maintaining cleanliness around the pool facilities. Responsibilities Maintains friendly and professional attitude. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing any concerns. Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping to maintain cleanliness inside and outside of the clubhouse. Maintain cleanliness of the pool area, including regular cleaning of decks, lounges, and restrooms. Clean and sanitize the restrooms. Restocking restroom and common area supplies. Emptying out all trash cans and replacing trash can liners. Cleaning windows. Periodically cleaning pool deck and common areas picking up all loose trash as necessary. Maintaining list/inventory of supplies. Must be able to lift objects at least 25 pounds. Subject to change any task deemed necessary by District Clubhouse Manager. Monitoring pool activities to enforce the clubhouse rules in a professional manner, ensuring guest safety and compliance with all safety regulations. Collaborating with other staff members to provide seamless guest experiences. Qualifications Must be able to read and speak English – Bilingual is a plus. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor are essential for interacting with guests of all ages. Ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Comfortable working in an outdoor environment during various weather conditions. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
