The Recreational Attendant is responsible for overseeing the recreational facilities and activities at the property. This role involves ensuring the safety and enjoyment of residents and guests, maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of recreational areas, and assisting with the organization of events and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and supervise recreational facilities, including pools, fitness centers, and common areas. Ensure the safety and well-being of residents and guests using the facilities. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of recreational areas, including regular cleaning and equipment checks. Assist in organizing and facilitating recreational activities and events. Provide excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns. Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities. Maintain accurate records of facility usage and incidents.

Requirements:

Daytime and Evening shifts available Weekends required

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service or recreational role is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Salary:

$17.50 per hour
