Quality Assurance Team Member Mission As a key member of the Culinary Operations team, you’ll help ensure our meals meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and consistency. You’ll support our Quality Supervisor and work cross-functionally to enforce our Food Safety Management System (FSMS), validate daily processes, and maintain critical documentation. This role is vital to protecting the health and trust of every Fitlife customer.
Responsibilities Enforce Quality & Safety Standards:
Support daily execution of FSMS requirements to ensure regulatory and company standards are consistently met.
Support Quality Plans:
Assist with hazard analyses, identify critical control points, and help implement preventive measures.
Validate Production Processes:
Confirm adherence to specifications by measuring outcomes, documenting findings, and updating procedures as needed.
Conduct Audits & Investigations:
Participate in internal audits and assist in investigating customer complaints or process deviations.
Drive Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process enhancement and support change initiatives led by the culinary leadership team.
Document & Report:
Collect and summarize QA data, including failures, corrective actions, and trend analysis.
Set Up & Inspection:
Assist in preparing production rooms and inspect incoming products for freshness, accuracy, and customer appeal.

Qualifications Bilingual (Spanish) required High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in food quality, food safety, or a related field Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, and food handling procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to process compliance Able to read, write, and interpret numerical and written instructions Physical requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Ability to lift 55+ lbs. and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, twisting) Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperatures (30-85°F) Available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts Work Environment Temperatures can range from 30°F to 85°F, and workers may also be exposed to a wet environment.
