Responsibilities:

Interact with customers in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, both in person and over various communication channels. Assist customers in placing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving any concerns promptly and efficiently. Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered to customers on time. Actively listen to customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and provide valuable insights to enhance our products and services. Uphold and promote the Chip Cookies brand image and values through every customer interaction. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, contributing to a positive and efficient team atmosphere.
