Job Description:

As a Team Member, you will play an essential role in providing a friendly, welcoming, and efficient customer experience. You’ll be responsible for taking orders from guests, preparing food and beverages, maintaining a clean workspace, and adhering to health and safety regulations. This position is perfect for individuals who are team-oriented, customer-focused, and passionate about health-conscious dining. Must be able to work well within and contribute to a strong team environment. Responsibilities:

Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Take and prepare food and drink orders according to company recipes and standards. Accurately charge for orders and handle transactions promptly and courteously. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures. Perform side duties including cleaning, cutting fresh fruit and vegetables, washing dishes, and taking out trash. Assist with inventory management by restocking items as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitizing surfaces regularly. Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations. Other duties as assigned by the store management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs.
