Culinary Team Member Position Available In Pinellas, Florida

Culinary Team Member Hot Tuna Sushi Bar and Grille 3689 Tampa Road, Oldsmar, FL 34677 We are looking for an experienced stir-fry line cook to join our team in our kitchen. Some experience is required but we are willing to train motivated individuals with limited kitchen experience. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, have the ability to multi task, and to prepare food to exact specifications. Part time & Full time positions are available.

Qualifications include:

Knife Skills:

Proficiency with different knife cuts and handling is important, as breaking down meats like beef & chicken is part of this position.

Cooking Knowledge:

Understanding of various cooking methods (grilling, sautéing, etc.) and ingredients.

Food Safety:

Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation, and storage practices is vital.

Time Management and Organization:

Line cooks must be able to manage their time effectively, organize their stations, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Communication and Teamwork:

Line cooks need to communicate clearly with other kitchen staff and work collaboratively in a team.

Physical Stamina:

The ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items is important. Attention to
