Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Prepare food items according to company standards, maintaining quality and presentation. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas. Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Provide assistance to customers as needed, answering questions about menu items and specials. Participate in training sessions and contribute to a positive team environment. Skills Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on creating a welcoming experience for guests. Experience in quick service fast food restaurants or similar environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with retail math concepts is beneficial for managing sales effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and compliance with health standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team setting while maintaining attention to detail. Previous experience in food service or restaurant operations is a plus but not mandatory.
