As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while ensuring the smooth operation of our food service environment. You will be responsible for food preparation, handling, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Your ability to engage with customers and promote menu items will contribute to an enjoyable dining experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing customer orders accurately. Engage with customers, providing friendly service and upselling menu items when appropriate. Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive work environment and efficient service delivery. Experience Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential. Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
