Generator Installation Crew Lead Optimize Generator People Kenner, LA 70062 Optimize is in the top 5 GENERAC Home Standby Generator Dealerships in the United States. Our main office is in Baton Rouge and we have 4 branches in Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Covington and New Orleans. Currently we service over 8000 customers and we are actively growing that number daily. Founded in 2010 as primarily a solar company, we transitioned to focus on generators in 2016. Our daily decisions are guided by 11 core principals that have been in place since 2010. Work Environment:

Our operations are very similar to successful HVAC companies, Electrical contractors and other service organizations. Our team enjoys what they need, but choose the practical option when available. $19.00 – $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 50 per week
