Convention & Banquet Team Member The Resort at Lake of the Ozarks 3080 Bagnell Dam Blvd, Lake Ozark, MO 65049 The Resort at Lake of the Ozarks is seeking a Convention Service & Banquet Associate to assist in creating a great experience for our in house groups! The ideal candidate will have a background in the hospitality industry and working banquets, have the ability to delegate and possess a passion for providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Maintain clear communication with Director of Sales, Restaurant Managers, and Kitchen Managers Take responsibility of banquets & group events. Including set up and take down. Delegate tasks when necessary to ensure the best experience for our customers Help implement new processes and procedures to improve banquet experience for customers and staff Help ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations Help train banquet staff Skills Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team Excellent verbal communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact Ability to physically set up banquet tables and chairs as needed If you are a dynamic individual with a proven track record in hospitality/banquets, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
