We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented team member to help create a warm and welcoming experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in selecting chocolates, confections, and gift items.

Product Packaging:

Prepare and package chocolates, gift baskets, and other products with attention to detail.

Beverage Preparation:

Craft and serve coffee drinks, hot chocolate, and other beverages.

Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Inventory Management:

Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.

Event Assistance:

Support in-store events and promotions as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail or food service is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
