Manager on Duty (MOD)

Nonexempt Position Summary:

This position serves product toguests.

Essential Job Duties:

• Ensure that product meetsoperational, quality, and appearance standards before beingdelivered to guests
• Deliver product to guests by carrying andbalancing a tray weighing up to 25 pounds
• Provide friendly,quick, and polite service to guests
• Promptly respond to guestrequests
• Report customer complaints/issues to MOD
• Assist guestwith payment
• Make accurate change quickly and efficiently
• Cleartrays and trash from guests’ vehicles, patio, drive-thru, andparking lot
• Comply with all company policies, procedures, andoperational standards
• Perform regular cleaning and sanitationduties
• including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washingdishes and food preparation tools, wiping counters, sanitizing foodpreparation areas, cleaning equipment, and emptying used grease
• pursuant to operational standards
• Regular attendance

ADDITIONALDUTIES

• Report employee complaints/issues to MOD
• Move and stockfood product weighing up to 50 pounds

• Skating Carhop:

• CompleteSkating Carhop training requirements
• Perform duties while onroller skates
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned orrequired

Time/Shift Expectations:

Irregular hours; nights;weekends; and holidays

Work Environment:

Continuousstanding, bending, reaching, moving, stooping, stretching, lifting,and skating (for Skating Carhops) in a restaurant environment;frequent exposure to heat and hot liquid shortening while cooking;frequent exposure to freezer when stocking food items; occasionalexposure to extreme temperatures based on variable weatherconditions
