Max Hospitality Group Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere Manage dining room reservations and assist in arranging parties or special events Coordinate guest seating arrangements and assist in managing dining room flow Assist with to-go orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution Provide special services for diners celebrating special occasions Maintain the front-of-house area, ensuring a neat and clean environment for guests and staff Collaborate with the management team to assist with special events, as well as ad hoc tasks as needed Ensure all guests receive an exceptional dining experience from start to finish Assist with guest needs and help guide them through the menu, ensuring a seamless dining experience

What We’re Looking For Experience:

Prior experience as a Host or in a guest-facing role is preferred Experience with reservation systems like OpenTable is a plus A background in fine-dining or upscale-casual restaurants is a plus
