Your role will involve interacting with customers, taking orders, and assisting with food preparation and service. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing their orders. Handle food preparation tasks while adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including bussing tables. Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items to enhance the customer experience. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or food handling role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash registers. Experience in grocery store settings or similar environments is advantageous. A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic workplace.
