JOB SUMMARY
Face of the restaurant, your job is to ensure the dine-in experience is top notch, providing a friendly and efficient service to our guest, to-go orders are dispatched quickly and correctly. Maintaining cleanliness and organization is an important part of your job, you will be playing a crucial role in upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES.
Greet each guest and make them feel welcome. Ask every if they will be eating in or taking the food to go, if dining in you MUST guide your guests to a table and: With the handheld select the table number, and number of guests. Provide them the menus, offer drinks and appetizers. After they have seen the menu answer any inquiries and take the order with the handheld separating plates by guests. Appetizers MUST get to the table before the main course, request help from the kitchen if needed. Ensure that the food is correct and presentable before delivering to the table. At the table make sure guests are happy with the food delivered and ask if you can help them with anything else. Check on your tables, ask them how their food is, offer sauces and refill drinks. Provide them with the check and find out if their experience was satisfactory. Clean tables and chairs once guests are gone, restock napkins and sweep if needed.
NOTE:
When you see food will take or is taking too long (more than 20 minutes) offer complimentary chips and salsa. Chips for the table MUST be warm, either freshly fried or kept at the warmer. If customers are taking the food to go, you may guide them to the kiosk and provide help with it if needed. When taking to go orders in the counter, use the tab option put a name (customer’s name) to the order. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dine in area, as well as the fountain drink area and aisle. Keep napkins, straws and utensils stocked and front of the house area presentable at all times. Wipe tablets and handheld down. Restock drinks in the cooler, check that the fountain drink boxes are not empty and the CO2 tanks still have gas. Keep you cooler full of packed sauces, and the freezer stocked with churros, yuca, plantains and fried. Stamp to-go bags. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues and reassuring their satisfaction. Uphold company rules and procedures, and follow food safety and customer service standards
