Position Summary:
The introductory position of Assistant Casino Host will provide support to the Casino Host onboard each ship. The Assistant Casino Host will assist in all onboard areas of Casino Marketing and VIP Services. This includes, but is not limited to, all administrative duties & reporting, pre and post cruise preparations, casino rewards and player program responsibilities, advertising & signage, casino tournaments, promotions, special events and casino groups.
Hiring Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) years sales and/or front-line guest service experience is required. Previous Marketing, Customer Service and/or Casino experience preferred.
High level of professional literacy and conduct when compiling emails is required.
Basic to Intermediate skills and knowledge in typing and computer software skills (Microsoft Office Products, Mac OS) is required.
