As a host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring efficient flow of service.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience working as a Host in a Fine Dining or Upscale Restaurant environment.
• An unparalleled commitment to hospitality and a customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Flexibility in working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression. Manage reservations, maintain an organized seating chart utilizing Opentable and optimize table turnover. Provide accurate wait times and manager guest expectations during peak hours. Escort guests to their tables and present menus with grace and poise. Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and dietary preferences professionally. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company, restaurant. General knowledge of the menu items and allergen information. Maintain a clean and organized host stand area. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic dining environment.
