In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and exceptional service. You will manage the front-of-house operations, including greeting guests, managing reservations, . Your ability to communicate effectively and provide outstanding customer service will be key to creating a positive dining experience. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist them with seating arrangements. Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize guest flow. Process customer orders accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions. Provide information about menu items, specials, and restaurant policies to enhance guest relations. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area. Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
