Looking for a very friendly outgoing individual for the position of Host or Hostess. This person should be energetic, bubbly, responsible, and positive. Above all, professional. Key responsibilities are maintaining reservations via Open Table, preparing for the reservation details and specifications in advance (ie: put tables and settings together for larger groups, select quieter tables for reservations tagged “date night” or front view tables marked “birthday”,) and communicate the reservation details to the correct server, etc… distribution of guest count to servers, answering and sorting phone calls, remaining outdoors and up-front greeting passing potential guests and providing information about the restaurant & menu. In charge of cleaning and organizing menus, supplies, and surrounding shelves. You should be great with people, know how to talk to them, start conversations, create relationships. Other tasks to assist the overall flow of the restaurant will apply. This person should be okay with working during both quiet times and busy times. Must speak English. Spanish & other languages a plus. Must be available full time and able to work weekends. Outgoing, bubbly, friendly, etc.. personality type.
