• Job Summary:

• Join our team as a Pool Attendant/ Host at the renowned IconBrickell. As a Pool Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean and welcoming pool area, assisting guests with chairs & facilitating bed experiences. You will be guest facing and resolving guest concerns promptly and courteously. This is a hybrid role

• Key Responsibilities:

• Meaningful and quality guest interactions.
• Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Effectively communicate with guests and colleagues both verbally and in writing.
• Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest concerns.
• Multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
• Maintain high personal grooming standards and adhere to uniform guidelines.
• Show initiative in meeting guest and operational needs.
• Keep property information up to date.
• Communicate and follow up on guest concerns related to safety and maintenance
• Conduct thorough area walkthroughs before and after shifts.
• Perform duties under varying weather conditions on the pool deck.

• General Requirements:

• Must have open availability throughout the week.
• Collaborate effectively with other departments and communicate updates.
• Utilize technology for efficient communication.
• Manage time and multitask effectively.
• Build professional relationships with guests and colleagues.
• Assist guests with inquiries about their stay/day.
• Ensure the properties information is always current.
• Provide exceptional service by promptly addressing guest concerns.

• Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in recreation.
• 2 years in Hotel or Residency Experience
• Availability for day and night shifts is required.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Highschool Diploma
